The parameters evaluated were: disease severity, disease incidence, plant height, root dry weight, shoot dry weight, stem diameter; antioxidant enzymes (catalase activity, peroxidase activity and ascorbate peroxidase activity), phenolic compounds profile, phenolic acids, flavonoids, abts radical inhibition (%) malondialdehyde (MDA) content, total chlorophyll and carotenoid contents and Fv\/Fm (the maximum efficiency of photosystem II). The data was taken since February of 2023 to July of 2024. Evaluaci\u00f3n de la actividad antagonista de cepas nativas de PGPR (rizobacterias promotoras del crecimiento vegetal) de Mendoza (Argentina) contra pat\u00f3genos de pl\u00e1ntulas de tomate. La variable evaluada fue la inhibici\u00f3n del crecimiento de los pat\u00f3genos (%). Adem\u00e1s, los datos presentan la evaluaci\u00f3n del efecto de la PGPR m\u00e1s eficaz, Pseudomonas 42P4, mediante la inoculaci\u00f3n de pl\u00e1ntulas de tomate infectadas con el pat\u00f3geno Rhizoctonia solani en condiciones de invern\u00e1culo.
